About
Most large-scale change does not fail because of technology, strategy, or budget. It fails because the culture, the systems, and the leadership inside the organization did not change with it. That is the work I do.
We help C-suites lead transformational change in high-stakes environments — AI-era workforce transformation, wellbeing strategy overhaul, human-performance scaling, and culture change. Dr. Posa has done this work for thirty years inside organizations where failure to achieve is not an option.
The framework she brings to every engagement focuses on three pillars: Readiness, Impact, and Growth, and is driven through culture, systems, and leadership. It can be applied to any large-scale workforce change to drive peak human performance.
