Fireside chats + Q&A
For audiences that want the conversation, not the presentation.
Virtual or in-person formats for distributed teams, leadership offsites, podcast guest spots, and audiences that already know your context and want a real exchange.
What it is
A 30-, 60-, or 90-minute conversational format. You bring the host or moderator and your audience brings the questions. I bring 30 years of work inside Mayo Clinic, Johnson & Johnson, and the Central Intelligence Agency. The Human Readiness Architecture™, the Readiness Mindset Framework™ , and the Triple R Strategy™ are the lenses I think through.
Different from a keynote: less stage, more dialogue. Less prep on your end, more live responsiveness on mine.

When this format works
• Distributed leadership teams that meet primarily on video.
• Conference fireside slots, ideally paired with a separate keynote earlier in the program.
• Leadership team Q&A after understanding potential tranformational risks.
• Employee resource groups, women-in-leadership programs, mental health programming events.
What audiences leave with
• Up-close engagement on topics that matter most to the audience.
• Unscripted conversations about culture, mindsets, and leadership.
